Not that my opinion is worth much on here, especially with all the good feedback, but I think this is not completely a good idea. Just another way to start bullying, drama, heartbreak, depression and all the rest of that stuff that comes with dramatic teenagers and anonymity.
That depends on the tone people choose to use and the level of involvement. We’ve been monitoring the usage in the first few days and we’re pleased with the level of activity and the tone in all the posts!

Maybe a list of schools with the most posts? It'd encourage more people to post, so their school moves up, and also, it would make the site a bit more interesting.
Profiles, maybe? You could get an automatically assigned name or something, but you could see the number of posts/comments they've made.
